The service is intended for business use and is not marketed to children.

4. Your Account
You are responsible for keeping your login details safe.
You must ensure all information in your account is accurate and kept up to date.

5. Subscriptions and Payments
- Payment is via Stripe subscription following a free trial.
- Users may choose monthly or annual billing.
- Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- No refunds are offered for any subscription period already billed.

6. User Data Responsibilities
- Users are the Data Controller for their clients’ personal data.
- Bookd acts as the Data Processor for such client data.
- Users must ensure they have the necessary rights and permissions to store and process their clients’ information.

7. Prohibited Uses
You must not:
- Use Bookd for illegal activities
- Upload unlawful, offensive, or infringing content
- Attempt to reverse engineer or resell Bookd
- Interfere with the security or operation of Bookd
- Send spam or abuse the email features
- Use Bookd in a way that disrupts the service for others

8. Service Availability
We aim to keep Bookd running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
Planned maintenance or unexpected downtime may occur.

9. Limitation of Liability
Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, missed bookings, or damage to reputation.

We may suspend or close your account if you breach these Terms.
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings.

11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
